Hi, I am Simon Theaker, the Director of Open House Coakley & Theaker Estate Agents. Together with two former partners, who have now both retired, I set up the business in 1996.
I have had over 34 years’ experience in estate agency, in both corporate and independent firms, with most time spent in and around Bury St Edmunds, but also having worked in Sudbury, Hadleigh and Haverhill.
I offer a full and totally bespoke personal and friendly service to my clients, overseeing the entire sales transaction from start to finish, together with ensuring that you will receive honest advice every step of the way.
Clients and buyers feel confident they are being dealt with by someone who has up to the minute knowledge of their sale or purchase circumstances and this can help to alleviate much of the stress relating to selling and buying property.
