Wendy and Matt are straight-talking directors of the business and both determined to deliver a customer experience second to none. At 51, Wendy has the age and background to champion good old-fashioned service and values within the team (like calling you back!). Matt represents the ‘youth policy,’ ensuring new technology is embraced to the benefit of the client.
They take the time to fully understand the needs and goals of the customer and agree a tailored plan to achieve them, communicating throughout the process until the property has been Sold or Let.
Our clients appreciate the effort and energy we put in from the outset, and totally understand it is about value and not cost. After all, in most cases their home is the most valuable asset they will ever own. We take this responsibility very seriously and give it the respect it deserves – we only ever advise what is in the best interests of the client and our approach is NEVER pushy. We guide them as to the best way forward and finding the right package for them. We don’t like ‘sneaky extras’ ourselves, and so don’t force them on our clients. We have something to suit everyone – our job is to explain the pros and cons and the potential impact of their selection on their Sale/Let.
The relationship doesn’t have to end after a Sale/Let. Wendy also advises at a high level, providing Wills, Trusts, and Probate, as well as being an expert adviser to businesses – covering Protection and Business Continuity. Matt supports customers with Mortgages and Equity Release, along with other Protection insurances.
